HPLC

High Pressure Liquid Chromatography is routinely used in all aspects of food and beverage analysis. This analysis is capable of detecting limits as low as Parts per Trillion (ppt)

Tired of using dried yeast? Do you want to use a wet yeast culture?

Murphy and Son Laboratories can purify the yeast culture you have, or purchase new yeast from a culture collection. We will then store this for you for your own individual use and grow up sufficient quantity to pitch 1-20 barrels of wort.
